Physicians can choose to serve the Crystal Lake opening or a McHenry opening about 15 miles away

Opportunity:
All deliveries will be performed at Northwestern Huntley Hospital and all gyn surgeries will be performed at the new Crystal Lake Hospital
Schedule and volumes:
- 4-day work week 1 OR day (flexibility for full OR day or two half days) averaging 20 patients per clinical day and 8-10 deliveries per month with a case mix including 50% OB vs 50% GYN
- Deliveries will be performed at the Northwestern Huntley Hospital. GYN surgeries will be performed at the new Crystal Lake Hospital (not deliveries)
Support staff:
- RN and/or MA, regional medical officer, assistant regional medical officer, a clinic manager, nursing and reception supervisors as well as scheduling and back-office support
- We would consider adding an APP to each practice as the needs arise and based on the interest of the physician
