OB/GYN Hospitalist - Louisville, KY
- Must cover all typical OB/GYN procedures
- Including unassigned deliveries,
- Assisting with c-sections,
- Covering OB triage visits in ER department,
- Delivery assistance
- Must be comfortable with both OB and Gyn procedures/surgeries
Submission Requirements
- Must have active KY medical license prior to presentation. No exceptions. Presentation will be disqualified if not adhered tol.
- Must have clean malpractice file
- Must be boarded and have 5+ years experience. Board Eligible(BE) Providers will not be accepted.
- Must cover all typical OB/GYN procedures, including unassigned deliveries, assisting with c-sections, covering OB triage visits in ER department, and delivery assistance .
- Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation
AS A REMINDER:
- All candidates must have meet the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
- CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
- Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent on top
- Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
- EPA (Please use the attached EPA. Its also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
- All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
- Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
- Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents
