BACHC is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join our Women’s Health Program in Lancaster, California. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to a diverse patient population, including underserved communities.

Position Highlights

✔ Full-scope OB/GYN care – prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and general gynecology
✔ Diagnose and treat women’s health conditions, including menopause management and cancer screenings
✔ Provide preventive care, reproductive health counseling, and contraception services
✔ Work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes
✔ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications

🔹 Licensed to practice medicine in California
🔹 Board-Certified in OB/GYN
🔹 DEA Certificate & CPR Certification required
🔹 Passion for serving underserved populations, including the homeless community
🔹 Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is a plus
🔹 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
