Optigy is seeking a dedicated and skilled MIGS-Gynecological Surgeon to join our client’s expanding women's healthcare team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, evidence-based surgical care for patients with Endometriosis, Fibroids, and Adenomyosis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and have a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $325K - $375K Bonus uncapped
- 1st year potential over $500,000

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with non-operative Pelvic Pain Specialists and Integrative Health Coaches to provide holistic care.
Participate in the development of interdisciplinary treatment plans within a Center of Excellence model.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement through data collection and outcome-based evaluations.
Qualifications
Completed fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (MIGS) or Gynecological Oncology, or extensive relevant surgical experience.
Active Texas Medical License and DEA Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex GYN surgery.
Capable of doing non robotic Endo surgeries
Working Hours
No weekends or on-call requirements.
