DESCRIPTION:

• Start date: as soon as credentialed, Must have 4+ shifts per month availability to present
• 24 hour shifts (7a-7p)
• Shifts per block needed to be filled by agency: 6-8
• Expected timeframe for need: 6 months
• Root cause for opening req: Loss of MD
• Expected patients per day: 12
• NICU Level: III
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 60
• MFM onsite: Yes
• Residency Program & Type: OB physician residency
• In-house Anesthesia: Yes
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No

REQUIRED:

• TX state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified OBGYN
• TX State DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• 100 deliveries in past 24 months no assisted, but preformed
• 25 GYN Cases in the last 12 months

COMPENSATION:
