Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician/Midwife Role

Practice Setting


  • Join a team of 1 other OB/GYN, 2 Family Practice with OB, and 1 Midwife
  • State-of-the-art facility with 11 shared exam rooms and one private office per provider
  • Integrated hospital access for labor and delivery services


Schedule


  • Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; 4.5 days with a half-day for admin
    • Call rotation is 1:4 (7-day stints)
    • One dedicated day per week for surgery


Compensation & Benefits


  • Average base salary up to $400,000 for experienced providers
    • Additional call stipend is $50,000 annually
    • Sign on bonus between $40,000-$60,000 and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • Health coverage (medical, dental, vision, disability), life and AD&D insurance for provider and spouse, and malpractice coverage
  • Student loan assistance, reimbursement for licensing and dues, and a retirement plan with employer contributions
  • 15 days PTO plus self-care and personal days, 8 holidays, 5 CME days with a $3,000 annual allowance
