We are seeking experienced and dedicated 24-hour Hospitalists to join dynamic teams at multiple hospitals across Florida. These positions offer competitive compensation, comprehensive coverage, and the opportunity to provide top-tier care in well-equipped facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Hospitalist Coverage: Provide 24-hour hospitalist services, working in shifts typically structured as 24-hour rotations.
OB/GYN Coverage: Serve as first assist and backup for family practice and OB/GYN deliveries and surgeries.
Delivery Support: Contribute to high-volume delivery services with the opportunity to be involved in 600+ deliveries per year, depending on the facility.
NICU Support: Collaborate with NICU teams (Level 2-4 depending on the location) to provide exceptional care for newborns in need.
Emergency GYN Services: Respond to emergent gynecological needs, including assisting in the emergency department.
First Assist: Participate as first assist during surgeries when required.
In-House Call: Hospitalists may be required for in-house call coverage, based on the facility's needs.
Facility Overview:
Hospitalist Coverage: Provide 24-hour shifts with varying delivery volumes, ranging from 600 to over 2,700 deliveries annually.
NICU Levels: Work alongside NICU teams in Level 2-4 settings, providing specialized care for newborns.
GYN Coverage: Provide emergency GYN services, as well as first assist during deliveries and surgeries.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with specialists in anesthesia, maternal fetal medicine (MFM), and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Flexible Scheduling: Multiple hospitals offer varying schedules and shift requirements, with in-house call coverage in some facilities.
Qualifications:
Board Certification: OB/GYN or Hospitalist with strong experience in labor and delivery.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience: 2+ years of hospitalist or OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for providing top-quality patient care.
