Join Our Team as a Full-Time OB/GYN in Nampa, ID!

We are a thriving multi-specialty group with over 650 providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Our facility boasts a state-of-the-art medical office building on the campus of a 100-bed community hospital, offering the latest in a supportive, collaborative environment. The Birkeland Maternity Center features a 20-bed LDR unit designed for a spa-like atmosphere, supported by a robust network of primary and specialty care providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Traditional workweek with call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekends.
  • A minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week with rounding and call.
  • Participate in a shared on-call schedule (1/6) with other employed OB/GYNs.
  • Manage an average of 20-25 patients daily.
  • Engage in a rural-style practice supported by a large health system.
  • Utilize EPIC with Dax for documentation and EMR.
  • Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and other specialties.
  • Take part in a family-centered NICU approach exceeding national benchmarks.
  • Provide care in a community dedicated to patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Board Eligible (to become BC within 3 years of employment) or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited obstetrics & gynecology residency program.
  • DEA and CDS/CSR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Clean malpractice and license history.
  • Must be willing to relocate if not currently licensed in Idaho.

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Idaho medical license (or willingness to obtain).
  • DEA license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS) (or willingness to obtain).
  • Clean malpractice and license history is mandatory.
