Job Summary:
The OB/GYN Physician will provide medical services in a clinic setting, including planning, directing, and evaluating patient care. This role involves treating chronic and acute illnesses, performing office procedures, writing prescriptions, and collaborating with a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. The position follows a low-volume call structure with a one- and two-call rotation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams, treat patients, and conduct procedures within scope of expertise.
- Assess new patients and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, accurate medical records and documentation.
- Prepare reports, claims, and correspondence as necessary.
- Attend professional events to maintain skills and knowledge.
- Provide coverage during physician absences (vacations, illness, etc.).
- Collaborate with staff to address patient needs and develop care plans.
- Participate in healthcare committees and policy development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Board certified or eligible for board certification.
- Licensed to practice in Montana.
- 2 years of experience (Required)
