Job Opportunity: Board Certified/Eligible OB Hospitalist

We are seeking an additional Board Certified or Board Eligible OB Hospitalist to join our team in a full-time capacity as soon as possible. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment with a robust patient volume and a collaborative team of specialists.

Job Details:

  • Full-time considered at 7.5 24-hour shifts/month.
  • Part-time option available at a minimum of 5.5 24-hour shifts/month (benefit eligible).
  • Requires active Texas medical license (or eligibility for one).
  • Manage an annual delivery volume of approximately 1,924 cases, with a mix of vaginal and C-section deliveries.
  • Participate in OB/GYN triage, admissions, deliveries, and inpatient care.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in a Level II NICU setting.
  • Provide care for unassigned patients, assist with private call coverage, and respond to emergencies on the labor and delivery floor.
