OB/GYN Physician needed in Nashville - Community-based hospital with a strong commitment to the healthcare needs of Nashville and Davidson Counties' underserved community while also providing care to all segments of the community
- 1:3/1:4 call schedule - with plans to continue adding doctors and adjust in the future.
- CNMs take first call.
- 18-22 patients per day
- Practice delivers approx 28-40 babies per month total
- Robotics available
- Level I NICU

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including routine and high-risk pregnancies, preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of various conditions related to women’s health.
Physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform surgeries, and provide prenatal and postnatal care.
Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, contraceptive options, and overall reproductive health.
Work with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, midwives, and specialists, to deliver coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care when necessary.
Stay current with advances in the field of obstetrics and gynecology through ongoing education and training.
