Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $437,000 for the first year
  • Sign-on Bonus: $30,000
  • Resident Program: $40,000 per year
  • CME/License/DEA Allocation: $1,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off:20 weekdays per year

Partnership Track:

After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the ability to make decisions regarding tail coverage and other practice-related matters. Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership beginning the second year.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
  • Valid medical license to practice in California.
  • DEA certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients, including prenatal, natal, and postnatal care.
Conduct regular well-woman exams and preventive care.
Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and diseases.
Perform surgical procedures as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
Participate in on-call rotation just for well-baby exams, covering weekends 1 in 7 and weekdays 1 in 4
