**Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology - Marshfield, WI** **Assignment Dates:** ASAP - Ongoing **Coverage Need** - Call Only Coverage - 6 days of call coverage per month (restricted in-house, 24-hour OB call) - Post-call day provided after each call day - Weekend call includes Friday and Sunday **Position Details** - Practice Setting: Inpatient - Patients Seen: 5-10 per shift - Admissions: 3-5 per shift - Call Ratio: 1:2 - Trauma Level: 2 - Beds in Department: TBD - EMR System: Cerner - Support Staff Provided: - RNs: 4 - MAs: 7 - PA/NPs: 4 - Office Staff: 5 - Maternal Fetal Medicine and GYN Oncology services available - NICU available - Circumcisions required **Submissions Requirements** - BC/BE - Active State License Required: No - Fellowship: 1 - Required Certifications: - BLS - PALS **Skill Requirements** - Low Risk Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy (Preferred) - FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE - OB Ultrasounds: - Level I/Screening (viability) - Level II/Targeted (anatomic) - Amniocentesis - Routine Delivery: - Vaginal - Low Forceps - Decision-Making for C-Section - Complicated Delivery: - C-Section - Breech - Multiple Births - Abruptions - VBACs - Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations - Surgical Gynecology: - Open - Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only - Operative/Major Procedures **Additonal info** In need of 6 days of call coverage per month. Restricted inhouse, 24 hour OB call. Due to volume, provider will have a post call day after each call day. Weekend call is Fri & Sun. In addition to deliveries, locum will need to address any GYN emergencies. 5-10 inpatient census. Maternal Fetal Medicine & GYN Oncology services available. Position is at a Children's Hospital with a NICU. Circumcisions required.
