Practice Setting:
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday with flexible schedules and half-day Fridays for admin tasks.
• Patient load of 18–20 patients per day in a collaborative team environment.
• State-of-the-art surgical and imaging technology, including robotic-assisted procedures.
• Supportive team structure with on-site imaging, lab, and pharmacy.
OB/GYN Procedures:
• Routine gynecological care and surgical procedures, including C-sections (94 performed in 2022).
• Strong patient demand ensures a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.
Financials and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Starting at $400,000 and negotiable based on experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000.
- Relocation Assistance: Paid with no hard cap (receipts required).
- Call Pay: Paid beyond 10 days per month.
- PTO: Six weeks, plus holidays and CME allowance.
- Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
Additional Incentives:
- Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 over 36 months.
- Licensure and dues fully reimbursed.
- Fellowship/Residency Stipend: $1,500–$2,000 available.
- Supervision Stipend: $1,000 per month for supervising APPs.
