The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the Yale School of Medicine seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Division Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Specialties.

This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in clinical excellence, leadership, mentorship, and operational management. The Division Director will lead and advance the division across multi-hospitals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

- MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- Fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (FMIGS).

- Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic or healthcare setting.

- Strong clinical background with a commitment to excellence in patient care.

- Proven ability to mentor and develop faculty and trainees.

- Operational and financial management experience in a healthcare environment.

- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
