Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Clinic Monday-Friday, 9a-5p, 1-2 weeks per month
• Job Setting: Outpatient, clinic trauma level 3
• Procedures: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties. Candidates will need to see patients in clinic
• Credentialing: 60-120 days

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible 0-5 years residency completion
• Certifications: BLS, DEA, PALS
• Licensure: Active Utah highly preferred
