Coverage Needed:
7am 2/7/25 to 7am 2/10/25
7am 2/21/25 to 7am 2/24/25
7am 2/28/25 to 7am 3/3/25
7am 3/7/25 to 7am 3/10/25
7am 3/14/25 to 7am 3/17/25
7am 3/21/25 to 7am 3/24/25
Established team of 2 Physicians and 4 Nurses
Call, Nights & Weekends (1:3 call schedule)
Call Shared with providers
Not required to remain on-site during call, must respond within 30 minutes
Total inpatient census/day: 6 with 2-3 OB checks/day
Number of Surgical cases/month: 14
30-40 deliveries per month
No ICU/Critical Care Procedures
Do Not Run Codes
BLS & NRP certifications required
Procedures include: C-section, hysterectomies, circumcision, pp tubal, vaginal deliveries, D&C, laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy
3 labor rooms, 16 patient rooms & 6 newborn beds, 2 AWHONN Fetal Monitoring instructors
EMR: EPIC (HealthSpan)
101-bed hospital
Level II Trauma ED
Medical ICU
Level 1 Nursery
GE Centricity Centralized Fetal Monitoring
Latest Stryker Towers for laparoscopic procedures
24/7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support
24-hour Surgical Services available
Orthopedics available 4 days/week
Cardiology on site 5 days/week
Critical Care via telemedicine
Psychiatry available
24/7 Hospitalist programs (Med-Peds)
Board Certified OBGYN
NC DEA Required
New providers will need to come in before the first call shift to orient
BLS & NRP certifications required
