Schedule

• 24 hour call coverage
• Begin Call Friday 8A - Monday 8A
• Two weekends per month

Clinical Details

• Setting: L&D, PP, GYN Emergency/ORs
• Duties: Covering Ob-Gyn Call for three facilities including consults, delivery, rounding (including rounds with fellows), minor/major gynecologic surgeries
• Will include covering a practice as well as unassigned Ob-Gyn call
• Individual will back up CNMs and Family Medicine w/ OB providers

Requirements

• Board Certified ABOG
• Active IA license and NE license - Highly Preferred
  • will accept IMLC
• Clean background/no malpractice - Highly Preferred
• Ob-Gyn Residency
• Must be comfortable with all OB/Gyn procedures
• Must have performed 20+ deliveries in the last year

Support Staff

• L&D and OR Nursing; will work with CNMs (backing up CNMs and being on standby for labor or nearby for recommendations on labor progression)
