OB/GYN Partner to Join Our Womens Health Team - Great Falls, MT** We are looking for a compassionate OB/GYN to join our dynamic team at a large regional health system, practicing in a state-of-the-art Womens and Childrens Center. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide comprehensive womens health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. **Position Details** - Located in a brand-new standalone Womens and Childrens Center offering full-spectrum care including obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, fertility services, and mammography. - Modern patient care spaces with private waiting rooms, welcoming exam rooms, large procedure rooms, and dedicated ultrasound. - Additional services include mammogram and DEXA scans within the same building. - Current Womens Health team: 4 OB/GYNs (3 full-time, 1 per diem), 1 MFM, 2 office-based midwives, and 2 nurse practitioners. - Access to 10 main ORs and 2 Davinci XI robots within a 5-minute walk from the clinic. - Comprehensive programs and classes including breast milk donation, childbirth education, safe sleep for infants, and the Meadowlark Initiative for perinatal care. **Labor and Delivery/NICU:** - Labor and Delivery unit located across the street at the main hospital, featuring: - 19 LDRP rooms, 5 high-risk antepartum rooms, 2 operating rooms, and a 3-bed triage area. - 24/7 in-house CRNAs, pediatric hospitalists for newborn care, and dedicated OB and NICU-specific transfer teams. - Our medical group averages approximately 400 deliveries/year with a 35% c-section rate. - Level III NICU staffed with Neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and specialized nursing/respiratory therapists. **Why We Stand Out:** - Independent, financially stable, not-for-profit health system. - Regional tertiary center with comprehensive specialty support, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, cardiothoracic care, and more. - Patient-focused, quality-driven medical care. **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive salaries with production and incentive bonus structures. - Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses. - 8 weeks of paid time off. - Annual $5,000 CME allowance + $1,000 for licensing/dues. - 5-7% retirement match with a 457b program. - Physician wellness programs and leadership meetings for support and issue resolution. **Community Information:** Great Falls, Montana, is a vibrant community with a population of 60,000 and a regional draw of over 275,000. - Experience four distinct seasons with over 300 days of sunshine annually. - A wonderful, safe place to raise a family with nationally ranked public schools and two accredited colleges. - Home to a new medical school, TouroCOM Montana, opening in Summer 2023. - The Missouri River runs through the community, offering 60+ miles of recreational trails and blue-ribbon fly-fishing. - Enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, horseback riding, skiing, rock climbing, kayaking, and more.
