Coverage Needs in 2025:
-- January 18 - Ongoing
-- 12 hour shifts 8A-8P and 8P-8A [4-5 shifts per week]
-- OBGYN Board Certified
-- Active Florida license
-- Fellowship required
-- ACLS, BLS
-- Number of phone consults: 15-25
-- Call will be for both assigned and unassigned
-- Call response time required: 15 minute to return call
-- Call Ratio – Call Back 65%
-- Average admissions while on call: 6
-- What support staff is available: Floor nurses, midlevel's
-- Support staff: Floor RNs, at least 3
