We are seeking an OB/GYN to join a well-respected, well-established, and growing practice. As an independent, progressive, community hospital in a BEST HOMETOWN in Ohio, we provide the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine with local governance and collegial and collaborative physicians.

Job Description:

  • The position is for a direct-hire physician on a full-time basis.
  • Applicants should be committed to contributing to the hospital's growth.
  • Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a four-day work week consisting of one partial surgery/partial clinic day and three clinic days.
  • The on-call ratio is 1:4 weekdays and weekends.
  • On-call duties include rounding at Birth Center and handling deliveries.
  • The hospital handles an average of 350 births per year at a Level 1 nursery.
  • Newly constructed office space is located adjacent to pediatrics practice and is near hospital.
  • High risk deliveries are directed to tertiary centers in Columbus and Dayton.
  • Physician will see patients primarily at main clinic and at an outlying clinic location within 15-25 minutes of main clinic. Must be willing to travel to both locations.
  • The role includes inpatient rounds.
  • Physicians will conduct clinic visits.
  • In-office ultrasound (and ultrasound techs) and non-stress testing.
  • The documentation system/EMR used is Meditech Expanse.
