Locums OBGYN - Garden City, KS Coverage Need

  • Assignment Dates: - Mar 1-16 - Mar 17-25 (2 providers needed) - Mar 26-Apr 1 - Apr 2-16 - Apr 17-May 1 (2 providers needed) - May 2-8 - May 9-31 (2 providers needed)
Position Details Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 7AM - 7AM Setting: Clinic and inpatient call Patients: - Clinic: 16-25/day - Inpatient: 36/day - Deliveries: ~50 births/year per facility EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN, CRNAs, midwives Admissions Required: Yes Facility Accepts Multiple Providers: Yes Trauma Level: Not applicable NICU Level: Level 2 (Garden City only) Submissions Requirements Board Certification or Eligibility required Active Kansas license or IMLC Active DEA Clean malpractice and background history Procedure Logs: - Minimum of 5 C-sections in the past 24 months - Minimum of 5 hysterectomies in the past 24 months - Minimum of 50 deliveries in the past 24 months -BLS Skill Requirements All OB/GYN procedures, including surgical and emergency cases Completion of EPIC EMR training modules and virtual training prior to start
