OB/GYN Academic Hospitalist opening in Grand Rapids, MI Located in the heart of West Michigan H1B Sponsorship Position Details

  • Specialty: OB/GYN Academic Hospitalist
  • Practice Type: Full-time or part-time hospital-employed position
  • Clinical Scope: - 12-hour inpatient shifts with flexibility on the number of shifts per month - Maintain GYN skills, including major and minor procedures - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including certified nurse midwives, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists, and nocturnist physicians - Support academic OB service, uncovered OB and GYN patients, and coverage for community-based clinics and residency outpatient practices
  • Academic Involvement: - Serve as Core Faculty, providing primary teaching and supervision for residents and medical students - Opportunity for clinical and basic science research - Academic appointment available through Michigan State University as an Assistant Professor
