Multispecialty group – 150+ providers, that has been in existence for over 100 years. Strong retention!! Some of our providers have been with the group for 20, 30 years. Excellent group culture - strongly believe in work-life balance!
- Current OBGYN Team comprised of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Must be BC / BE
- Must have Laparoscopy skills, minimally invasive, hysterectomy
- Willing to prescribe contraception
- Able to perform tubal ligation and insert IUDs
- Prefer someone able to do slings for mid urethral incontinence (TVT/ TOT)
- Prefer someone who can do ultrasound (not anatomy scan) for early dating ultrasound for
- OB 50% / 50% GYN
- Average patients per day = 20-25
- For high-risk pregnancies, access to MFM in Sacramento. Patients are transferred to a Higher acuity center at 35 weeks.
- Oncology and Uro-gynecology – referred out (depends on patient’s insurance)
- Additional language skills a plus: Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin
- EMR system: Cerner
- Call: 1:5 (currently utilizing OBGYN locums to assist with call coverage until perm hires.)
- APPs take second call for C-Sections. They do not assist with GYN surgeries.
- Call stipend for second call.
- Patient population: lots of diversity - from migrant workers to college professors
- Payer Mix: HMO, PPO, Fee for service
- Team who manages inpatient care (for regular admissions)
- 108 bed acute care facility
- Designated as baby-friendly
- Has Dula program
- Birthing Center - 7 LDRs
- No NICU - sick babies will be transferred out
- No Robot – hospital is in the process of getting a robot.
- No elective terminations – we are a faith-based organization
Compensation
- Employed position with 2-year partnership track
- Annual Salary guarantee of $396,300 for 18 months, then productivity model
- Signing bonus $85k – Signing bonus will be $125k if no student loan assistance.
- Student loan assistance $100k
- Relocation Assistance $20k
