OBGYN Partnership with Physician Owned Practice

Metro Sacramento, 1 Hour to Napa

Join an established well-respected multispecialty group of 150+ clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50APPs/other professionals) that has been caring for its residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and

operated. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then they are invited to become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal. Only an hour to Napa and a two-hour drive to the Lake Tahoe area takes you to the highest concentration of ski resorts in the country, with record-breaking annual snowfall and views of Lake

Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

  • The OBGYN Team is currently comprised of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
  • We are planning to add 3 physicians to the practice
  • Call: 1:5 (utilizing OBGYN locums until fully staffed)
  • 50% Obstetrics / 50% Gynecology
  • Average 20-25 patients per day
  • High Risk pregnancies, have access to MFM in Sacramento
  • High Risk are transferred to a higher acuity center at 35 weeks.
  • Oncology and Uro-gynecology are referred out
  • Cerner EMR

  • Family Birth Center with private spacious suites, labor tubs, and free Doula services
  • 24/7 access for support person, with comfortable overnight sleepers

  • Birthing Center - 7 LDRs
  • No NICU- sick babies are transferred out
  • Hospital is in the process of purchasing a robot
  • No elective terminations

  • Pollination and honey: the community is committed to growing its pollination and honey industries.
  • Family farms: the community includes family farms that produces tomatoes, tree crops, and award-winning rotational crops.
