OBGYN Partnership with Physician Owned Practice
Metro Sacramento, 1 Hour to Napa
Join an established well-respected multispecialty group of 150+ clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50APPs/other professionals) that has been caring for its residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and
operated. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then they are invited to become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal. Only an hour to Napa and a two-hour drive to the Lake Tahoe area takes you to the highest concentration of ski resorts in the country, with record-breaking annual snowfall and views of Lake
Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
- The OBGYN Team is currently comprised of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
- We are planning to add 3 physicians to the practice
- Call: 1:5 (utilizing OBGYN locums until fully staffed)
- 50% Obstetrics / 50% Gynecology
- Average 20-25 patients per day
- High Risk pregnancies, have access to MFM in Sacramento
- High Risk are transferred to a higher acuity center at 35 weeks.
- Oncology and Uro-gynecology are referred out
- Cerner EMR

- Designated as baby-friendly
- Family Birth Center with private spacious suites, labor tubs, and free Doula services
- 24/7 access for support person, with comfortable overnight sleepers
- Options for pain management, skin-to-skin bonding, and access to lactation support services
- Birthing Center - 7 LDRs
- No NICU- sick babies are transferred out
- Hospital is in the process of purchasing a robot
- No elective terminations
The agriculture in the community is diverse and includes orchards, row crops, and organic
farming:
- Orchards: orchards primarily grow almonds and walnuts.
- Row crops: row crops include tomatoes, corn, sunflower, winter wheat, and alfalfa.
- Organic farming: the community has seen significant growth in its organic agriculture industry. In 2020, its organic growers had gross sales of over $46 million.
- Pollination and honey: the community is committed to growing its pollination and honey industries.
- Family farms: the community includes family farms that produces tomatoes, tree crops, and award-winning rotational crops.
