Key Responsibilities:
- Provide OB/GYN services in both the hospital and office/clinic settings.
- Clinic: Work 4 days per week, managing both low and high-risk pregnancies.
- Call: Be available for call coverage approximately 8 days per month, with a 1 in 4 call schedule.
- Manage a variety of obstetric cases, including routine deliveries, C-sections, and complicated deliveries (e.g., breech, multiple births).
- Perform gynecological procedures including IUD placement, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, and laparoscopic surgeries.
- Supervise 2 certified nurse midwives (CNMs) during call shifts, though not providing direct supervision of their clinical duties.
- OB ultrasounds (level I/screening, viability) and FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE).
