Onvida Health is seeking a board-eligible/certified OB/GYN physician to join our outpatient Women's Health Center. Two opportunities are available:

1. Outpatient OB/GYN
2. Clinical Director of Women's Health

About the Position:

• Full-time, hospital employed position
• Monday-Friday
• Collegial & collaborative OB provider team and clinical staff
• Attractive compensation package - base salary, wRVU productivity compensation, annual quality incentive (additional 5% of base salary)

Requirements:

1. Must be an American Board Certified or Board eligible OB/GYN physician.
2. Licensed in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain.
3. Experienced preferred; however, new grads are eligible to apply.
