Independent multispecialty group of 60 providers seeks exceptional OBG to join their well-established practice that enjoys a reputation in the community that is second to none! The Department is being positioned as the county's preferred provider of choice!
-4-day workweek
-On-campus hospital with state-of-the-art Birthing Center
-Enhanced Level III NICU and Da Vinci robot
-Practice autonomy and flexible scheduling

-385k guaranteed base salary
-Lucrative shareholder track
-Proven earnings in the upper 400s with significant potential to surpass this
-65k in recruitment incentives
-Up to 43.5k in max profit sharing!
-5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and 9 weeks year 15)
-6 paid holidays
-12 early-out/late-in days
-FULLY-PAID family health/dental/LTD
