Our client in Salt Lake County, UT is in need of a OB/GYN Physician for a locum assignment!

Job details:

• Start - 01/06/2025
• Clinic (Mon-Friday 9a-5p)
• Facility Location: 3336 S 4155 W Ste 301, West Valley UT 84120
• Setting: Outpatient, Clinic Trauma Level III
• FTE: 2.0
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties. Candidates will need to see patients in clinic,.
• EMR: Epic

Support Staff: MA, and Sonographer in the clinic

• Reason for Coverage: Departure of existing physician and another physician ramping down in preparation for retirement.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification OB/GYN - Required or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion)
• Active UT License - Highly Preferred
• Active BLS or PALS, Controlled substance - Required for credentialing
• Active DEA
• Must be available for 1 week per month ongoing - Required
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date -Required
• Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred - Must include self inquiry NPDB report at time of name clear.
