OB Hospitalist Opening in Pinehurst, North Carolina
Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m
Part-Time; 20-29 hours/week
Shift: 24 Hour Shift; 8A-8A
Opportunity Highlights:
Practice at the groups flagship hospital (402 beds) in Pinehurst, NC.
Integrated care team offers comprehensive maternity services in a compassionate, warm, and comfortable environment.
Three 24-hour shifts per month, option to work additional shifts if desired.
Join a team of OB Hospitalists, community OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, Neonatologist, and a great surgical support team.
Our Womens and Childrens Center has 9 labor rooms and 10 triage rooms.
Approximately 3,000 deliveries per year, and trending upward.
Perform deliveries, OB triage, inpatient/ER consults, emergent GYN surgeries.
Deliver high quality care ranging from routine obstetrical and gynecologic services to high-risk procedures with the support of a multidisciplinary team.
Family-centered approach allows baby and mom to stay together in a private group, same nurse team cares for mom and baby.
Mother/baby services include lactation consult, new mother support group, post-partum depression care, massage, and fitness.

Qualifications:
Completion of an ACGME/AOA-certified OBGYN residency program and board certification/eligibility required.
Clean background, NC licensure and NC DEA required. AHA PALS and ACLS required.
