- Location: Moses Lake, WA; Spokane 100m
Position Details:
Our OB/GYN team consists of two Physicians and two ARNP Nurse Midwives when fully staffed
This position is being hired for community growth
Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
16 - 18 patients per day
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Board certified or board eligible physician
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement

Compensation:
- $380,240 - $411,070
- First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two.
- Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc.
- Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.

- Up to 11 weeks of time off (full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)

- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
