**OB Nocturnist, Physician - Waterloo, IA**
We are actively recruiting for an OB/GYN Physician to join our team in Waterloo, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic group of healthcare providers in a physician-led, non-profit healthcare organization that emphasizes high-quality patient care and work-life balance.
**Position Details**
- Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYN Physicians, 7 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
- Work 3 (12-hour) shifts per week, totaling 144 twelve-hour shifts annually.
- Strong work-life balance with the ability to take call from home.
- Nurse Triage service covers patient calls outside business hours.
- Experienced labor and delivery staff with low turnover.
- State-of-the-art LDRP suites with 24 beds.
- Practice averages 1,000 deliveries yearly.
- Level 2 NICU.
- 24/7 access to Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) consults.
- Two clinic locations, one located on the hospital campus.
- Fully integrated system with Epic EMR for care coordination.

**Position Requirements**
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa.
- Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications.
