Position Highlights:
• Join a collegial team of eight providers focused on exceptional patient care—without RVU pressure.
• Enjoy a 3.5-day workweek and 1:6 call rotation for superior work-life balance.
• Choose your pace: 0.75 FTE for full-time pay or extend hours to earn in the 90th percentile.
• Blend general OB/GYN with access to two Da Vinci robots.
• Work with an experienced, long-tenured support team ensuring outstanding camaraderie.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $260K-$330K, commensurate with experience, guaranteed up to 4 years.
• Bonuses: Annual profit-sharing and productivity incentives, with $550K+ proven earnings.
• Exceptional Perks: 115 days off/year, 401K, comprehensive health, malpractice with tail.
• Recruitment Incentives: Generous sign-on bonus, relocation, and CME stipend.
