Details/Requirements for Assignment #104660:
-- Active Indiana license or IMLC
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
-- 24 hour call coverage - one week at a time
-- 1:4 call with other providers
-- Ideally would want to split the call 4 days in a row and three days by another provider
-- Approximately 110 births / month
-- EMR: EPIC
