Locums – Bakersfield, California, OB/GYN Hospitalist Job

    • Clinical Role:

      • Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): Coverage Needed Starting ASAP - for 8 shifts per month of locums coverage
      • Temps Available - Clean files
      • Reason for Coverage: Pending wage increase
      • EMR: Cerner
      • Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 24 Hour Shifts Only - 8:30a-8:30a
      • Call Schedule/Responsibilities: None
      • Type of Patients/Cases: Adults
      • Patients per Day/Volume: 425 Patient Encounters Monthly, 52 Deliveries per month for Hospitalists
      • Support Staff: In-House Anesthesia and MFM on call
      • Miscellaneous Information: NICU Level II, 263 Total Hospital Deliveries per Month, Hospitalists Required to cover GYN, Circumcisions Not Required, Needed for First Assist, Backup Available to Hospitalists (OB/GYN ED Call)
      • Procedures/Cases Required: GYN Coverage
      • Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BE or BC ; ACLs & FHM
      • Active State License Required
      • CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): Must have Active DEA
      • Schedule: 24 Hour Shifts Starting As Soon As Possible
      • Setting: Hospital
      • Types of Cases: Standard Deliveries
      • Must Be Board Certified
      • Must Have Active California License
