SSM Health is actively seeking a full-time (1.0 fte) OB/GYN physician to join our amazing team in Baraboo. This position offers a positive work culture, a full scope of practice, and a strong connection with the clinical program across Wisconsin. Baraboo, a picturesque community, is nestled in the rolling hills in South Central Wisconsin, just 40 miles northwest of Madison.
The Baraboo Campus has a large primary care and multi-specialty clinic as well as a hospital. Imaging and lab services are offered onsite in the clinic, and pharmacy services are offered in the hospital, which allows for excellent continuity of care.
In this traditional practice setting, you will have a traditional practice that includes providing obstetrical and gynecologic care for patients in the clinic and the hospital, including inpatient and outpatient procedures and surgeries. You will be joining a team of exceptional and collaborative family medicine obstetrical providers with a robust practice.

The Hospital:
SSM Health - St. Clare Hospital, is a 27-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 4 trauma ER coverage (contracted through Madison Emergency Physicians), 24/7 Hospitalist coverage, and 200 deliveries per year.
