- ASAP-ongoing
- Seeking a board certified or truly board OB/GYN
- 24hr inhouse hospital call coverage 7:30a-7:30a Sat-Monday
- Weeknight IP Inhouse call 5p-7:30a
- 7-10 days per month with possible weeknight and weekend call; all inpatient only hospital call coverage
- IMLC is accepted, but candidate must have an active DEA and license in PA in order to be credentialed
- 3-5 admissions while on call
- 30 min answering service response, ER call
- Circumcisions, deliveries, c-sections, OR cases for ectopic pregnancy, missed AB, D&C
- Management of obstetrical patients including ectopic pregnancy, urgent GYN patients including torsion, pain
- Trauma Level: No Trauma
- No APP mid-level coverage avail
- Level of NICU: Level II
- Cut off gestational age: 32-34 weeks
- Avg number of emergent gyn surgeries: small number maybe 2 per month
- AVG number of deliveries per shift: 0-3
- Is Midwife coverage available? No midwife coverage – we have family residents in house on OB rotations that we oversee
- Who does neonatal resuscitation: A member of the Neonatal Resuscitation Team available at all deliveries
- Is Anesthesia onsite 24/7 : Yes
- Rounding expectations? Round on gyn patients, no more than 10.
- Who does the C-sections? The on call doc can be assisted with other partner or with OR staff.
- ICU open/closed: Closed
- Is there a call room they stay at onsite since this is 24hr IP call? Yes
- PALS required since they see peds? Not required
