Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active CO license
• Active DEA
• Candidate must be available to start in October 2024
• Must state # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team
• Must be willing and able to work 24 hour shifts
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description
