- Position one:
- Team: 3 Physicians, 6 Advanced Practice Providers, and 4 CNMs
- Call Group: 1:3 Call- Midwives Cover First Call
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- In Office Services: Mammograms, Dexa Scan, MedSpa: Botox, Laser, Fillers, Weight Loss, Pellets
- Hospital: Level II NICU, 20 L&D Rooms, In House Anesthesia
- Position two:
- Team: 10 Physician and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
- 1:7 call
- In Office Services: Mammograms, Dexa, In Office Anesthesia, D&C, LEEP, I&D, Lesion Removal
- Hospital: Level II NICU, In House Anesthesia, MFM onsite, First Assist available
- Position three/four:
- Team: 5 Physicians, and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- 1:6 call
- In Office Services: Infusion, LEEP, I&D, Lesion Removal, Marsupialization
- Hospital: Level IV NICU, 13 L&D Rooms, In House Anesthesia, MFM onsite, First Assist available
- Position five:
- Team: 3 Ob/Gyns, 1 CNM
- 1:4 call
- In Office Services: Pellets, Labs, Pelvic FI, In Office Anesthesia, D&C, LEEP, I&D, Lesion Removal
- Hospital: Level II NICU, 24 L&D Rooms, In House Anesthesia, First Assist available
- Qualifications:
- MD/DO
- Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
- Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required
- Current BLS required
