- Coverage Needed:
- 14 days/month availability
- 24 hour call coverage
- November 18th @ 7am - November 25th @ 7am
- December 23rd @ 7am - December 30th @ 7am
- Clinical Information:
- Cover L&D and ER departments
- Level 2 maternal designation
- Staff Support: RN, PCT, no midwives
- Call coverage can be done from hotel
- Practice EMR: Meditech
- Daily patient volume: 3
- Some of the deliveries are unassigned, but some are other physician's patients
- Level II NICU and perinatal services with 7 fully equipped birthing suites, 11 private mother/baby postpartum rooms, 2 OB-specific ORs (in addition to 9 main ORs), a modern safety and security system, and educational services for patients
- 24-hour in-house anesthesia coverage
- Monthly delivery number: 10-12
- Coverage is for the entire hospital for L&D and ER
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
