POSITION DETAILS:

• On average 11 shifts per month
• All Thursday nights, Friday 7am-7pm
• Tues, Wed, Thursday 7a-7p then Monday 7a-7p
• February and March Shifts available

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Attend to obstetric emergencies, perform deliveries (vaginal and cesarean), and provide immediate postpartum care.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic examinations.
• Take Emergency Department calls for GYN and OB patients, and perform urgent gynecology consults and surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and participate in patient education on prenatal, postpartum care, and family planning.
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay updated on advancements in obstetric and gynecologic medicine through continuous education.

REQUIRED:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification -Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ohio state medical license and privileges to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Case logs that show experience in managing labor and delivery, including proficiency in both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Covid Vaccination
