Job Title: Gynecological Surgeon
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation:

  • Base salary: $325,000 - $350,000
  • Performance-based bonuses (uncapped), with earning potential exceeding $500,000

We are seeking an experienced Gynecological Surgeon specializing in endometriosis treatment to join our team. Our practice offers a modern approach to diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in both women and men, providing a more comfortable, safe, and effective alternative to traditional methods.

Role Overview:

  • Base Salary: $325,000 - $350,000 plus bonuses based on case volume. For example, handling approximately 17.5 cases per month can yield an additional $150,000 annually.
  • Start Date: Immediate.
  • Licensure: Active Georgia medical license required.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
  • On-Call Requirement: None.
  • Patient Demographics: Primarily treating patients between the ages of 16 and 40.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized surgical care for patients with pelvic pain and endometriosis.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team that includes non-surgical pelvic pain specialists and integrative health coaches focused on endometriosis management.
  • Perform non-robotic endometriosis surgeries.
  • Engage with the community and help promote the practice through social media presence.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (MIGS) or similar specialty.
  • Active state medical license and DEA certification.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in gynecological surgery.
  • Comfort with social media engagement to represent the practice.
