A reputable healthcare system in Elko is actively seeking ongoing locums tenens OBGYN coverage starting January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled provider to join a supportive team while making a meaningful impact on patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Schedule:
- 10 shifts per month
- Ongoing coverage needed
Practice Setting:
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Coverage includes a variety of patient ages, primarily adults
Patient Volume:
- Manage 3-4 patients per shift
- Average of 5 to 10 deliveries per physician per week
Required Cases / Procedures:
- Low-risk pregnancies
- Level I and Level II screenings
- Amniocentesis
- Routine and complicated deliveries
- Laser certification
Charting:
- Medhost
Reason for Vacancy:
- Coverage needed due to increased demand
