• Clinic Mon-Thus is 9a – 4:30p and Fri is 9a – 3:30p. 24 hour call from 7am Sunday – 7am Monday.
• Call-back Percentage: Weekdays 2%, Weekend 5%, OB 20%, GYN 80%
• Locum tenens will work at satellite locations: No
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP to August 2025
• Reason for coverage: loss of Physicians in the community
