- Dates: 12/31 7am- 1/1 7am, 2/20 7am - 2/24 7am, 3/18 7am - 3/24 7am, 5/29 7am - 6/3 7am, 6/19 7am - 6/23 7am, 6/25 7am - 6/30 7am
- Schedule: 7am-7am, 24-hour beeper call
- # Of deliveries per shift: 0-1
- Average # of callbacks per shift: 0-2
- Hospital Bed size: 99 Beds
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: BC or BE AZ license or IMLC, DEA
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
