  • Coverage Needed
    • November 18 - Ongoing
    • Minimum 1 Week Per Month, Ideally 2 - 4 Weeks Per Month
    • Preferably 6 months - 1 year commitment
  • Schedule
    • Monday - Friday
      • Monday 24 Hr. Call
      • Tuesday Afternoon Clinic 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
      • Wednesday 24 Hr. Call
      • Thursday Afternoon Clinic 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
      • Friday - Monday Morning 24 Hr. Call
  • Clinical Details
    • Patient Population Age: Older Adolescents, Adults, Low Income, 60% Medicaid
    • Adolescent gynecology, Cervical cancer screenings, Contraception, including oral and implantable options, Genetic testing and counseling, Gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomies, Health maintenance, Hormone replacement therapy, In-office ultrasound imaging, Low- and high-risk obstetrics care, Wellness exams
  • Requirements
    • Board Certified or Eligible
    • Active KY License
    • Active DEA
    • ACLS, BLS
    • 1 Year OB/GYN Experience Required, 3 - 4 Years Experience highly preferred
    • Experience with typical OB/GYN procedures
    • Experience working with low income individuals highly preferred
    • COVID 19 and Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
