Position: OBGYN Physician

Logistics will be provided
Medical Malpractice will be covered

Schedule:
  • 24 Hour Call Coverage
Details:
  • Patient Ages: Adult - Avg 11 patients per day
  • On Call: Yes
  • Support Staff: Yes
  • Charting/Dictation: EMR
  • Must be available by phone within 5 minutes of being called by hospital
  • If needed on-site, must present on-site within 15 minutes of phone call
Procedures:
  • Laboring patients
  • Inductions
  • Triage Labor Patients
  • ER consults
  • Floor consults
  • Trauma call
  • Following up on established OB-GYN patients in the inpatient setting
  • Note: no OB Hospitalist program for backup
Requirements:
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active VA license
  • BLS, ACLS
  • Clean Malpractice
