- Dates: ASAP with ongoing need
- Schedule: 21 shifts per month, 12-hour shifts
- Practice Setting: Hospital, currently an OB triage and will be launching and OB ED model
- Patient Volume: est. annual encounters 7,467
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: VA license, BC/BE, DEA
- Credentialing: 30-60 days, temp privs available with clean background
