Location: At the base of the Rocky Mountains, Southern Colorado! About 100 miles south of Denver!

Opportunity:
- Schedule: Clinic Mon-Thus is 9a – 4:30p and Fri is 9a – 3:30p. 24 hour call from 7am Sunday – 7am Monday.
- Call-back Percentage: Weekdays 2%, Weekend 5%, OB 20%, GYN 80%
- Locum tenens will work at satellite locations: No
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP to August 2025
- Caseload:
- Percentage of the Practice: Low risk pregnancy 40%, High risk pregnancy 30%, C-Section 30%, Office GYN 80%, Surgical GYN 20%
- Average number of patients per day: Clinic 20, Hospital 1-2
- Average number of deliveries per physician: 3
- Average number of GYN Surgeries per week: Clinic 1-3, Hospital 1-2
- OB/GYNs in your group: 5
- Mid-levels: 3.5
- Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: No

- Documentation: EMR for Clinic and Hospital
- Required Areas/Procedures:
- Low risk pregnancy – Pt’s with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia,pyelonephritis, hyperemesis,etc.
- High risk pregnancy – Pt.’s with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc.
- FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSE
- OB ultrasounds - Level I/screening (viability) & Level II/targeted (anatomic)
- Routine delivery–Vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section
- Complicated delivery –C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.
- VBAC’s
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology –IUD, Cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
- Surgical gynecology *– open laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only –tubal ligation, LOA’s, chromal tubation & operative/major (includes diagnostic) – ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s
