Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active CO License or IMLC
• BLS ACLS NRP
• Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC
• Must be available to provide weekend coverage as listed in job description
• Must be available to start ASAP
• Clean Malpractice/Background
• COVID Vaccinated
